1 Introduction and Scope

These terms and conditions constitute a binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as the "User") and kis98, an online sports betting and casino platform operating under international licensing. This document governs access to and use of all products and services offered through the kis98 website, including sports betting, online slots, live casino, mix parlay, and virtual sports.

These terms apply to all users who access or use the kis98 platform regardless of the method of access used. Continued use of this platform after any changes to the terms means you accept the amended terms.

In the event of a conflict between the Malay version and any other translation (if available), the Malay version takes precedence for users in Malaysia.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to hold one account. Registering multiple accounts is a breach of these terms and may result in the cancellation of all related accounts without notice.

kis98 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including copies of identification documents (MyKad), payment supporting documents or any other documents deemed necessary to ensure the security and integrity of the platform.

3 User Account and Security

Users are fully responsible for all activities that occur within their accounts. The following responsibilities must be observed:

• Keep your account password secure and do not share it with anyone, including family members or friends.
• Use a strong password combination containing uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols.
• Log out of your account at the end of every session, especially on shared devices.
• Report immediately to the kis98 support team if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.

kis98 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account use resulting from a user's own negligence in safeguarding their login information. Users are not permitted to transfer their account or any funds in the account to another party.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

All financial transactions on the kis98 platform are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum deposit: RM10 per transaction, covering all available payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal processing time: Within 1 hour after the request is approved, subject to compliance with account verification.
• Accepted payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the same user's name. kis98 reserves the right to reject or suspend any transaction that raises suspicion of fraud or that does not comply with anti-money laundering policies.

Account balances are held in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). For deposits made using cryptocurrency, the exchange rate applied is based on the prevailing market rate at the time the transaction is processed.

5 Bonuses, Promotions and Offers

All bonuses and promotions offered by kis98 are subject to wagering requirements and specific rules stated alongside each offer. The following general conditions apply:

• Welcome bonus: 200% match on the first deposit, with a maximum bonus value of RM500. The wagering requirement is 20x the bonus value before any withdrawal from the bonus funds is permitted.
• Calculation example: Deposit RM100 → bonus RM200 → account balance RM300 → wagering requirement RM200 × 20 = RM4,000.
• Users may not opt out of a bonus once it has been credited to their account without fulfilling the specified wagering requirements.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or to other users.
• kis98 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if there is any indication of system abuse or breach of promotion terms.
• All other promotions including cashback, reload offers and seasonal promotions have their own wagering requirements and validity periods, which will be stated in the relevant communications.

The kis98 VIP Programme consists of five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier provides different weekly cashback benefits, ranging from up to 0.3% for Bronze members to up to 1.5% for Diamond members. Tier advancement eligibility depends on the user's overall betting performance.

6 Game Rules

All games available on the kis98 platform — including online slots, live casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sic bo), sports betting, mix parlay and virtual sports — are conducted in accordance with the respective game rules set by the relevant game providers.

• Game results are final once recorded in the system. No appeal may be made against a completed game result.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, kis98 will investigate based on system records. The decision made by kis98 management is final.
• Any attempt to exploit software bugs, use automated software, or any method intended to manipulate game outcomes is prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
• For sports betting and mix parlay, the odds displayed are subject to change until the bet is confirmed by the system.

7 Responsible Gambling

If an account is terminated due to a breach of terms, any balance linked to bonuses or fraudulent activity may be forfeited. Genuine deposit balances that do not meet the conditions for reversal will be returned at kis98's discretion once the investigation is complete.

9 Limitation of Liability
